Alternate Timeline: Sloan travels back to the mid-1970s, resulting in both 2099 and Amazing's world existing in an alternate timeline where Peter works for Alchemax, 2099 is an even worse dystopian future, and Peter Parker is the CEO of Alchemax-kept alive by anti-aging drugs.

There's also no psychotic future Peter and it's the Rhino who fuses with Doc Ock and Sloan to make Atrocity.
